Full Throttle Giveaway 2026 - Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE IE FW26 LAUNCH GIVEAWAY (the “Giveaway”). A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MAY ENTER BY MAIL, AT NO COST, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5 BELOW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Integrated Engineering LLC, 4350 W 2100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84120 (“Sponsor”), doing business as Integrated Engineering (“iE”).

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, EXCEPT that residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on October 20, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, described below. Both result in exactly one (1) Entry with identical odds of winning; no method of entry is favored over any other.

(a) Online Entry. During the Entry Period, visit https://performancebyie.com/pages/full-throttle-giveaway and complete the entry form by providing your first name, last name, email address, and selecting the vehicle platform you own or are entering for (B10 S5, B9 S4, MK7, or Other VAG Platform).

(b) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). During the Entry Period, legibly hand-print your first name, last name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and vehicle platform selection (B10 S5, B9 S4, MK7, or Other VAG Platform) on a plain 3-inch by 5-inch card, and mail it in a first-class postage-paid envelope to: Integrated Engineering LLC, 4350 W 2100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84120, Attn: FW26 Launch Giveaway. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received no later than five (5) days after the Entry Period ends. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.

Submitting a completed online form or a complete, legible mail-in card constitutes one (1) entry into the Giveaway (an “Entry”). Limit: one (1) Entry per person and per email address (for mail-in entrants without an email address on file, per name and mailing address) for the duration of the Entry Period, across both methods of entry combined. Multiple Entries from the same person will be void. Entries submitted through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, including through the use of scripts, bots, macros, or other automated means, are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Prizes

There will be four (4) prize winners, each receiving one (1) prize package as follows. The specific components included in each prize package are under embargo until Sponsor's public product launch and will not be disclosed prior to that date; each Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) below reflects Sponsor's good-faith estimate as of the date these Official Rules are issued and is subject to confirmation against final retail pricing before a prize is awarded.

Prize 1 — B10 S5 Platform Package (one winner): a prize package of iE performance upgrades for the Audi B10 S5 platform, drawn from Sponsor's then-current product line. ARV: $4,000.00 USD.

Prize 2 — B9 A4/S4 Platform Package (one winner): a prize package of iE performance upgrades for the Audi B9 A4/S4 platform, drawn from Sponsor's then-current product line. ARV: $4,000.00 USD.

Prize 3 — MK7 Platform Package (one winner): a prize package of iE performance upgrades for the Volkswagen MK7 platform, drawn from Sponsor's then-current product line. ARV: ARV: $4,000.00 USD.

Prize 4 — Winner's Choice Platform Package (one winner): a prize package of iE performance upgrades for another Volkswagen or Audi platform (other than B10 S5, B9 A4/S4, or MK7) of the winner's choosing, selected from Sponsor's then-current product line. The ARV of Prize 4 will not exceed the average of the stated ARVs of Prizes 1 through 3, and will be comparable in value to those prizes. After being confirmed as the winner, the Prize 4 winner will work with Sponsor to select specific in-production components for their chosen platform; final package composition is subject to product availability and Sponsor's approval to ensure comparable value. No cash, credit, or additional product will be provided for any difference between the ARV cap and the value of the components ultimately selected.

Total ARV of all four prizes: $16,000.00 USD.

Prizes do not include installation, shipping to a location outside the contiguous United States, taxes, or any other expense not specifically listed above. All prize elements are subject to standard manufacturer/Sponsor warranty terms only; no additional warranty is provided by virtue of winning.

7. Odds and Winner Selection

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received in the applicable platform category during the Entry Period.

Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about October 21, 2026, from among all eligible Entries (online and mail-in combined) received in the applicable platform category, as follows: the Prize 1 (B10 S5) winner will be selected from Entries that selected “B10 S5”; the Prize 2 (B9 A4/S4) winner will be selected from Entries that selected “B9 S4”; the Prize 3 (MK7) winner will be selected from Entries that selected “MK7”; and the Prize 4 (Winner's Choice) winner will be selected from Entries that selected “Other VAG Platform.” Each Entry is eligible only for the prize category corresponding to the vehicle platform selected at the time of entry, and no Entry is eligible to win more than one (1) prize. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be announced live during Sponsor's launch broadcast on October 21, 2026, and will also be notified by the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, fails to return required documents, or is found ineligible, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries in the applicable platform category, at Sponsor's discretion.

9. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion, provided that Prize 4 is fulfilled as described in Section 6 above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any component) of equal or greater value if a prize or component becomes unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered to winners, except as expressly described for Prize 4 in Section 6. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Winners may be required to provide a Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number to Sponsor for tax-reporting purposes if the value of a prize exceeds $600, and Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 accordingly.

Installation of prize components is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing. Shipping is limited to addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or any portion of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

By accepting a prize, winners (except where prohibited by law) grant Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, city/state of residence, photograph, video, and likeness — including footage or images captured at any Sponsor event, announcement, or prize fulfillment related to the Giveaway — to advertise and promote the Giveaway and the winner's win, in any medium now known or later developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this Section requires a winner to participate in any additional promotional appearance, interview, or content shoot beyond what is described in these Official Rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://performancebyie.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor at the email address provided; entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
