For the serious horsepower junky, iE's Hybrid Turbo Tuning Suite has been designed for use with the bolt-in Pure900 turbochargers. Unlock supercar-level power and torque with remarkable transient response, minimal turbo lag, and an exhilarating pull all the way to the redline. This new power curve completely transforms your C8 4.0TT with true supercar power levels while maintaining everyday comfort during your daily drives.

Upgrading from stock turbo to hybrid upgrade is simple with iE! You only pay the price difference between the tunes with no additional fees. Once you've installed the necessary matching hardware, just follow the instructions on your POWERlink app to purchase the tune upgrade, and you'll be outperforming the competition in minutes!

ADDITIONAL TUNE FEATURES

ETHANOL FUEL

Flashing the E85 fuel map allows easy fill-ups at the pump without mixing ethanol blends. This ethanol calibration delivers a massive increase in power over regular 91/93 pump gas while keeping mid-range power in check with the factory direct injection (DI) system and avoiding lean conditions, misfires, and power loss. E85 offers amazingly fast and consistent power delivery from the pump and is much less expensive than race gas.

Ethanol files are not available with Pure900 Turbo Tuning.

E40 ETHANOL BLEND

Ready to experience an absolute torque monster!? Mixing regular 91/93 pump gas and E85 at a 40% ethanol content (E40) creates a blend that stays within the safe limit of fuel delivery for the factory injectors. This allows the E40 calibration to produce the full torque output available from the twin-turbo V8, resulting in an insane 862ft-lbs of torque that translates to a pull with seat slamming g-forces.

An ethanol content sensor kit is highly recommended for blending E40.

104 RACE GAS

In areas that do not have readily available ethanol or track enthusiasts with accessable race fuel pumps, the included 104-octane race gas file also succeeds in a considerable jump in power over regular pump gas. Sunoco GT260 Plus 104 octane is used to develop this tune and is highly recommended for the best results.

BRAKE BOOST

Commonly used in roll racing, Brake Boosting allows you to build extra boost by applying brake pressure while accelerating. Release the brake pressure for a "rolling launch" or extra surge of power.

Brake Boost is included on all tune stages.

HARDWARE GUIDE

iE 4.0TT tuning suites are designed to work seamlessly with optional or required hardware options. While Stage 1 doesn't require any hardware upgrades, adding our intake, turbo inlet, and intercooler upgrades will result in increased airflow, lower intake air temperatures, and quicker heatsoak recovery for additional power increases.

TUNE REGISTRATION
Once a tune purchase is applied to your vehicle's ECU, the tune is permanently registered to the vehicle and non-transferable to other vehicles. Tunes can be transferred to a second party in the event of vehicle transfer of ownership only.

REQUIRES V4 IE POWERLINK
The Audi MG1 uses new and updated flashing protocols to read and write the ECU and TCU information. Older V3 POWERlinks do not include the required internal hardware need to flash the B9 3.0T calibrations. If you are purchasing this tune with an existing POWERLINK, please be sure your serial number on the back begins with V4.

Important Notes:
-2024 model years are equipped with a new ECU version and are not currently compatible. Our calibration team is working on expanding to the new ECU type. No ETA is presently available.

-Audi is currently implementing new security patches on the ZF8 transmissions that are being mated to the EA825 4.0T engine. These security patches are not specific to any particular model or year of vehicle. These security patches have not been fully cracked by the aftermarket and the cars require additional work for iE's calibrators to flash. If your car has this rare combination, you may experience a brief wait period to flash while our calibrators bypass the security patch.

-Not compatible with euro6 particulate emissions ROW (Rest Of World) GPF equipped vehicles.

This tune is Amazing!

I have had this tune on my 2022 SQ8 for about a year and my car is a beast. For stage one tune I am continued to be impressed with it, It even removed the governor and I can open her open as wide as she can go. Last the customer service is Top Notch!, very responsive, and extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction.

This is how stock should have come

Customer service and response time has been amazing! Much better than other companies I’ve used in the past. No real big changes noted down low but as everyone else has stated you can really feel it when you put your foot down. Just getting rid of the auto stop start was worth the price too!! Hoping there will be an actual TCU tune in the future as I really didn’t notice much of a difference with the one included.

RSQ8 Tune

The tune definitely woke my RSQ8 up. It pulls much harder up top now, while still maintaining stock driving characteristics. It was a breeze to install & the exhaust has a more aggressive tone with some added pops & crackles in Dynamic mode. Also, I don’t have to worry about the annoying Auto Start/Stop feature anymore, which is one of the main reasons I went with this tune. I’m very happy with this tune thus far.

Exciting

Installed the stage 1 93 octane tune in my 2023 RS7 and loving it! Everything is now better about the car. The TCU tune can be felt as well. I’ve tuned every car and bike I’ve ever owned with engine and transmission tunes. The TCU tune is a must in my opinion to get the best results out of the vehicle. I had a AWE cat back already installed with stock downpipes and in RS mode it had nice overrun pops and burbles. With the IE tune it is even better. The car is flat out exciting now. The IE air intake arrived today and will install tomorrow. I was holding out on tuning this car and sorry I waited till now. I did take advantage of the current sale so “saved” a bit on both upgrades The tuning via Bluetooth and iphone is so simple. No need for a laptop or cable. Hooked up a battery charger, plugged in the obd dongle and 20 minutes later the tune was in and the car started with no CEL. Car feels much lighter now from a stop. The throttle tip in and downshifts are spot on. I have no complaints
