IE ECU Tunes for your VW or Audi 2.0T FSI engine are available in multiple Stages offering maximum performance and reliability for either stock or aftermarket installed parts. Read below to determine the best stage for your build!

In order to flash your vehicle, you will need an IE POWERlink Direct-port Flash Tool (sold separately) and a Windows 7+ powered laptop. Already own an IE POWERlink cable? Contact us to purchase upgrade credits, there is no fee to upgrade tunes and you only pay the difference in tune cost.

The IE Stage 1 2.0T FSI (EA113 engine) tune delivers an aggressive power upgrade without having to install any hardware modifications. IE 2.0T FSI Stage 2 Tune

For customers looking to maximize the performance of the stock engine and turbo setups with bolt-on hardware, IE Stage 2 software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match installed aftermarket hardware. Stage 2 results deliver massive power gains across the powerband, fully realizing the engine and stock turbocharger potential.

    IE STAGE 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD
    This free option is included with a Stage 1 Tune purchase and is for owners who have installed an IE Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). IE Stage 1 Intake Manifold software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics along with special tuning for the removed runner flaps. Even though tuning now matches higher flow characteristics of the intake manifold, performance numbers are still limited by the factory downpipe. Because of this, Stage 1 IM combination is only recommended for users who are planning on Stage 2 IM in the future, are trying to get rid of constantly failing runner flaps or cracking plastic manifolds, and building for improved engine bay looks.

    Included with all Stage 2 purchases, The IE Stage 2 Intake Manifold tune is designed for customers looking to maximize the performance of the factory engine and turbocharger with an IE 2.0T Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). Like Stage 1 IM tune, this software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics along with special tuning for the removed runner flaps. Results with a manifold deliver power gains across the powerband, fully realizing the 2.0T TSI stock turbo power potential.

    IE's own in-house developed POWERlink cable gives you the control to unlock your engine’s true potential from your own garage or driveway. Enjoy the freedom to quickly reflash your car’s engine control unit (ECU) or transmission control unit (TCU) with IE’s line of performance tunes. The cable simply plugs into your vehicle’s OBD-2 port delivering instant access to choose different IE Tune stages to match installed hardware, take advantage of different fuel octanes, flash to stock, perform engine diagnostics, read/clear codes and gather high-quality operating data via logging.

    *This ECU calibration is for 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines, late model 2.0T TSI timing chain driven engines require a separate tune. Not sure? Don't worry, your new IE flash tool will automatically detect your  ECU and apply the correct tune for your engine.

    Once a tune purchase is applied to your vehicle's ECU, the tune is permanently registered to the vehicle and non-transferable to other vehicles. Tune can be transferred to a second party in the event of vehicle transfer of ownership only.

    2008 Audi TT convertible FSI 2.0

    Stage 1

    Seriously a great addition to the car. I had a MANIC tune on my MINI R56 and it was good, this is so much better. The throttle response is really nice and most important its predictable. My son has an APR on his GTI and it does add power but it comes on in a rush, not at all predictable which makes it unnerving. Thanks!

    amazing setup.

    on bigger wheels & i can spin on command lol. the power is no doubt there. some pops too with the right exhaust setup. definitely recommend this stage2. gas mileage is the same as stock by making way more power now it’s great! && super easy to program i literally did it in my homies drive way while hanging out with ppl.

    Simple power improvements in your garage!

    Being old school…I was always used to carburetors… big lobed cams…higher compression…just to squeeze a few ponies from a stock 350 v-8. ……now I drive a Mk5 gti turbo….and had the chance to install a IE stage one tune in 20 minutes….poof…it made my fun car…well…more fun! Noticeably quicker…I’m already planning the stage 2 !

    FSI is awake!

    Second car tuned with IE. Super easy and just an all around great upgrade. Just wish there was a HPFP and/or K04 tune for the FSI.
