If you can't access the app to check the exact amount, you can manually calculate the "Gap" between your current tune suite and your target suite. [Target Suite Price] - [Current Suite Price] = Credits Needed (Example: Moving from the $370 Core Suite to the $620 Pro Suite requires exactly 250 Credits).

No. Your POWERlink Tuner hardware is capable of all iE suites, features, & stages. You simply buy credits to unlock the tune upgrade permissions on your existing device.

Credits are hardware-locked, not VIN-locked. Any unused credits stay on the POWERlink dongle and transfer to the new owner. Once credits are spent on a tune, that license is permanently locked to the car's VIN.

No. These are exclusive to the iE ecosystem. Unlike generic credits, these are designed specifically for our POWERlink tune upgrade architecture to ensure instant, server-side delivery.

Answer here.Don’t worry, We built in a safety net. If you over-buy, unused credits are fully refundable, just contact Customer Support. If you fall short, simply purchase the remaining balance in a second transaction. The server automatically stacks the new credits onto your existing Serial Number.

If your credits haven't appeared after 20 minutes, it is almost always a typo in the Serial Number. Don't panic, your money isn't lost. The credits are simply sitting in a "pending" state on the server. Contact Customer Support with your Order Number and the correct Serial Number, and we will manually re-route them to your device.
