Is this a direct bolt-on replacement?
Yes. The turbo is designed to fit in the factory location and retains all OEM plumbing and mounting points. Requires matching software.

When installed with the required hardware upgrades and iE Stage 3 engine & transmission tuning, this bolt-in turbo upgrade produces up to 424 horsepower and 424 ft-lbs of torque!
What other parts are required for this B9 A4 Turbo Upgrade?
iE B9 A4 Apex Tier, Stage 3 Map Pack Engine Tune and Stage 3 TCU Tune are mandatory to run this turbo safely and correctly on your Longitudinal EA888 Gen 3. For hardware, you will need an upgraded air intake, 5 bar map sensors, intercooler, and VW Golf R injector upgrade (X4 injectors VW PN: 06K906036N and X4 injector clips VW PN: 06J133036F).

It may, but if that's your intended purpose, please - don't buy this from us. We have not confirmed the fitment on the A4 / A5 FWD “Ultra” cars and do not provide software support for them - if you buy this from us for this purpose, we can't offer you support.
